I have been fairly busy and haven't had a lot of time to get into the details but I have to admit that given the opposition I have seen and those in the mix I suspect I would really like the legislation. This may bring the issue of a state's right to pass legislation and not be overruled by the Federal government. Of course, I suspect it will all be thrown into the courts so who knows what will happen.

One thing for sure, the people in Arizona have really been on the front line and have really been impacted by the illegal issue. They deserve the right to try to deal with the issue in the way they think is best. If other states around them don't want to be as proactive then I suspect the illegals will flock there instead. That is one beautiful aspect of our system of government.
