Huge cuts need to happen, the really hard kind that don't win any votes. The WH needs to take on a massive "education" of the general population and why the cuts need to be made -- as patriotic as "war bonds" were in WWII. Unfortunately, the WH is so busy spinning the numbers into something positive, I'm not at all sure they even know that cuts need to be made.

I saw this morning that Biden is headed to Africa -- I shudder to think how many more millions we are about to promise them -- millions that we can ill-afford as a country. Every time a senior official heads anywhere it means $$$.
