I have a 05 Optimax 150 that is smoking (white smoke) a good bit ONLY at idle. Sometimes there is heavy smoke..sometimes no smoke at all. I cant really figure out a pattern. I get no alarms, have always used the optimax oil, premium no ethanol gas, and quickleen every fill up. Just had the plugs and filters changed this summer. This last weekend, it was smoking pretty bad. It runs fine and doesnt appear to be overheating. Any ideas?

Also, any suggestions on a good Optimax mechanic. I have not been able to find one on the lake. I lost faith in every Marina on the lake with my previous boat. I was told the Optimax is hard to work on, so I decided to go ahead and use the $$$ Marina on the lake (the one with the well known Alex City Name)...but they apparently dont know much about the Optimax either.
