Useless comments,possibly ,to you. But Ive yet to make a comment on the past history of the lake that were intentionally incorrect.

The comments I have posted here are simply made to show that there is nothing out of the ordinary where the lake levels are concerned. None of my comments are ,or should be, construed as any type of defending APCO. My comments are based on facts and averages, to the best of my ability and knowledge.

I do in fact own a place on the lake as well as a brand spanking new pontoon boat.

History: My parents purchased the place I now own in 1990, shortly afterward they retired. Over the past 21 years and especially the last 10, I worked to maintain the place with my brother ( who resides on the lake) helping me when I needed help. As of 2009 I now own the place due to inheritance, lost my Mother in April , last year and my Dad in June , last year. My brother and his wife ( she grew up spending summers on Leisure Island and has a long history on the lake, isnt whining about the lake level because she has witnessed the varying elevations since she was a teenager, shes now in her 60s), having a very nice place on the lake, agreed that Mom and Dads place should be mine. I never saw my parents so happy as when they were at the lake and was with my Dad whe he bought his pontoon boat, he was as thrilled as I ever saw the man. I traded that boat in this spring for two reasons, 1, it was beginning to need work and 2, the main reason, I couldnt stand to walk out on the porch and see it sitting next to the pier without he and Mom on it.

Logan Martin Lake elevations vary, sometimes dramatically, its nothing new and will probably continue to do so. You can accept it or leave but I can tell you that crying about it and posting about it on a internet forum isnt gonna change the history nor the future of it.
