Wherever you buy your wings get them. We used the Winn Dixie 3.5 lb bag of frozen wings. Thaw and wash wings. For breading we used Hooters breading and seasoning mix. One bag will do 15 lbs of wings. Preheat oven to 375. Place wings in a gallon ziplock bag add seasoning and shake to coat. Remove the wings and place on a sprayed cookie sheet. Bake for 35 minutes without turning. Remove from oven and paint top side with wing sauce of your choice. For New Years we used Moores Buffalo wing sauce. Return to oven for 6 to 8 minutes. Remove flip over and paint other side of wing. Return to oven for 6 to 8 additional minutes. They should be ready to go. Enjoy.
