I do think Target and the cab company are wrong. But it is still the individual that is refusing and they came here for a reason.

As for Target ... I think companies are so scared of law suits and wanting to be politically correct ... that they opt for the accomodation. It also can be attributable to the location ... highly liberal area and a rising Muslim population.
