Look at where the remarks were made ---- TUCSON. Don't you think the citizens of Tucson may be interested in where the government is going on enforcement of gun control after their Congresswoman was SHOT?
Usually when the President goes out to speak, they try to gear their remarks to subjects that the locals are concerned about. The article fails to indicate the forum in which these remarks were made, the audience, when he said it, or if he was responding to a questions.

Your rant would imply that the President is focused on this to the exclusion of other issues, and you know that isn't true. Really Lotowner -- you need to cross check your sources.
