I've never worked in Contracting. So I'm not sure where you got that I worked in contracting.

In 2000, I become the Director, Technology Review in my government agency. I had 40 engineers and 15 non-technical employees working for me. In 2004, I became the Deputy Director of our agency of 250 military and civilians.
