Have you considered what the debris would do to the turbine blades. Yes the lake was built for power generation 85 years ago, but recreation has become just as important, if not more important. The value of developed property on the lake exceeds 3.75 Billion dollars. The Feds know this and require lake operators to protect and do nothing to impede recreation. Remember that APCo has been the primary developer of recreation properties on the lake.
