Rosa Parks bought her bus ticket and demanded, and was entitled to, equal treatment. This Decauter editorial would have us believe Miss Parks rushed the bus to demand a free seat as the defined illegals have rushed the borders for a place at our tables. There is no basis for any comparison to the civil rights movement. There is a multi church sponsored protest this evening in birmingham. The pastors are advocating civil disobedience. My opinion is this -- pastors convicted of violating the law should have their organizations tax exempt status revoked. Shout it out from the pulpit, encourage your flock to work for change, but criminal acts should NOT be subsidized by the citizenry, and tax exempt status is a subsidy.
