I have water leaking from outside into the bilge of my 1998 SeaRay 210 bowrider. I assume it is from outside as it is cool to touch not hot like from engine. When the boat is beached and the foot is raised it seems to increase the flow. I did not notice it until bilge pump failed. I thought about plugging the drain and filling the bilge with water while on the trailer to see if a source can be identified. I don't see any cracks around the gimbal assembly and it feels tight when I try to shake it.

Any suggetions( other than fix the bilge pump)?
