Is there any way to reasonably forecast the Livingston water level from Trinity River Basin or other information? Is this available through TRA or other? We would like to do some work while the water is down, but don't want to start the project if we can't finish it before the water comes back up. (Of course, we can't predict the weather, but how much lead time do we have once we do get rain upstream and how can we predict how much the water level will rise, when? Thanks.
