Yes, it is. We bought the lot in 2008 for $115K. I'll sell it for the balance owed on the "assumable" mortgage with Vanderbilt Mortage Company (TN). Balance is slightly less than $97K. Payments are $965 per month. Great flat lot all the way to the water. Approved dock is in place (just waiting for the water to come back up this spring). Lot is cleared and is buildable with all utilities on site. City water and electric. Septic tank approved. Nice upscale sub-division called the Cloisters's.
