For $75 I had to try it. Google it. It works as advertised, with some caveats. It is simply a piece of sheet steel formed to fit the contour of the inside wall of a Weber, between the coal grate and cooking grate. Forms a pocket that accepts the charcoal/wood chips and shields the meat from high temps. Water pan on top.
A bit labor intensive, but for maybe 2 racks of BabyBacks, or one butt or a small brisket, it really works well. Following directions offered for vent settings, it held a steady 230* temp for 4 hours. Good alternative to a separate smoker if you feed smaller crowds.
