I smoked Marlboro reds in the box for 26 years. Mostly one pack a day, sometimes two if I was drinking. My 10 yr old son asked mommy to get me the patch for Christmas. I'd had a collegue get hypnotized for smoking a year before and it seemed to work for him, so I belayed the patch. Went in, sat down, talked about smoking for about 15 minutes, went under, and 45 minutes later walked out a non-smoker! It was like I had never smoked. I highly recommend the technique. 13 years later and I don't miss 'em ever. Best money I've ever spent.
