Engine Running Rough??

I hate the "Enter" button.
Anyway, I have a 1996 5.0L Ford block with Volvo OD. Sometimes, not always, when first cranked it runs really rough, like shaking the whole boat. Increasing throttle makes it worse. Turn it off; crank it back up,,, runs smooth. And, occasionally, running wide open, I can feel it misfire; not always, just occasionally.
The engine has very, very few hours on it. Sits for months on end w/o running. I use Sta-Bil religiously for the fuel. Fuel injectors dirty? Coils? What?
