Many of my friends signed their initial leases and moved into their cabins almost 20 years before Russell Lands even became a company. Back then, everything was handled through the Mill, and Ben wasn't even old enough to ride a bicycle. With that amount of history and relationship, a 3 month "pack up and go" approach just seems terribly inappropriate, unappreciative, and very disrespectful.
