I have one friend who was made to completely tear his seawall down but He had cheated as he went 10 feet to far out. What irks me is APC will let one person grossly exceed the the total square footage of pier dock and floating dock and then deny someone else the same privilege. They will let one extend his pier 60. 65, or 70 feet and deny another person. They will let one dig out of the lake bed and deny another the same opportunity. Two years ago 16 dump truck loads ( 18 yards each) was dredged from the lake bed near mebut 10 years ago a friend and his neighbors appealed to do the same in their slough and they were denied.

Its like a box of chocolates, you never know what your going to get.
