It seems to me that he answer is yes and it will impact the U.S. There is a run on the banks in Greece. The Euro has dropped to $1.27. Without Germany's GDP growth Europe would be in a recession (which means every country in Europe except Germany is in recession again). And now with Merkel taking a beating in the elections will they too abandon their so-called austerity (which by our standards would be a growth in government)? Wealth is fleeing France, mostly for the UK which is not part of the EU (a decision they were abused for but now seems particularly prescient doesn't it?).

Interestingly, as the dollar surges against the Euro oil becomes cheaper. Duh! Of course, the Fed is already talking about another quantitative easing because a strong dollar makes our exports more expensive and could dampen manufacturing. The Dow is approaching being down 1,000 points since its peak this spring. In the last two months over 345,000 women have given up ever finding a job and have just left the job market altogether.

And our messianic Nero is playing his gay marriage fiddle and talking about some steel mill that shut down a decade ago and after Romney left the company. He has appeared on The View for like the 8th time which is amazing given it has to interfere with his golf game. The guy has got to go......
