THANKS UEM and Mack!! These guidelines will help tremendously. I will be going up to visit this weekend and get a better idea of whether I'm feeding the football team type, or the cheerleader, picky eater type. I also will be cooking for a cancer fund raiser dinner cruise with up to 100 people in mid-July, and possibly a wedding with up to 200 in August. Cooking is fun for me and since it's a hobby I can do it for cost and save friends some money. I appreciate all the input and tips I get on this forum. Even though I'm not on lake Martin you guys have been a world of help over the past few years. Perhaps some day we can get together and swap lies over a cold one. :-)
