I would have to say the Stillwaters HOA is setting itself up for a major liability once the dog attacks a human (even worse a child) as they know the dog is a danger based on its prior actions.

Would not want to be on the Board if a human is attacked and I would suspect it is just a matter of time.

Sorry to hear about your lab, but glad it was not life threatening.
