We did indeed put the bozo's in office but if you examine what really happened when Scott Brown was elected to replace Teddy Kennedy and the polls consistently showing that a majority of Americans opposed and continue to oppose Obamacare it is apparent that they shoved this through despite the best wishes of Americans. Scott Brown campaigned on being the 60th vote on Obamacare and lo and behold the citizens of Massachusetts (home to Romneycare) sent him to Washington, DC to prevent this abomination of a bill with financial help from people across the country (including yours truly). So the Dems used trickery to avoid a vote on cloture and got a draft bill passed and they didn't even know what was in it.

On another note, his rationale is the ultimate in judicial activism. By refusing to judge the law placed before the court on its constitutional merits he simply recast a portion of the bill into a light that the authors never intended in order to vote with the majority. He essentially re-wrote the law as a tax and even to today, after this ruling, the administration is claiming it is a penalty. We are in Bizarro World.

I understand the sentiment he is expressing but it is obvious that Obamacare was not what the American people wanted and tried through the constitutional process of voting and the Dems circumvented our will. And Justice Roberts, with all due respect, puled out all the stops to abrogate his proper role of sending this bill back to Congress with a note saying please send back as a tax.
