If the FAL is select fire and he does not have a tax stamp - that is a major foul - the rest of his "arsenal" appears to be a 10/22, an AK varient, two AR pattern rifles, a shotgun and six handguns. These were taken from his car AND home, so, other than the FAL, what is the problem? The issue SHOULD be that this guy is not a stable person, but the Gun Dog and Pony Show is more interesting, and more politically motivated. If he had run his car into a stalled school bus at 112 MPH, what could the body count be?
