Actually its not funny but is totally predictable. Not only did he insult his audience by using a black dialect (think Hillary "AIN'T NO WAYS AMM TARRED......my Lord, it makes me shudder in revulsion just thinking about that one.....), he out and out lied to them. And of course he voted against it but in his defense the waiver was included with a war funding bill proposed by the Bush administration. I doubt he opposed the waiver per se, but voted no on the bill it was attached to. Fortunately, like most of his legislative acts it was on the losing end.

But put the shoe on the other foot and it would be major headlines for days on end........but of course we are more concerned about funding Big Bird so their CEO can continue to make a million a year.......what a bunch of amateurs.
