Well I guess it's time to meet Cat in person. After reading the forum for years I almost feel like I know him.
This week I was changing the oil in the outdrive (Alpha I) getting ready to store the old boat for another winter and found a milky mess instead of dark oil. The reservoir on top of the engine is full of the mess too. I am guessing this happened late in the summer because I know the reservoir had good oil in it mid-summer and I only used the boat 5-6 times after July. It was stored on a lift when not in use. Think I did a lot of damage?
I am in Birmingham and don't mind the drive for good work. Cat when and what shop should I come too?
