1. I was surprised that Allen West lost.

2. Both Romney and Ryan lost their home state like Gore did in 2000. While I supported Gore, I felt that since he lost Tenn., he did not deserve to win.

3. Ryan lost the presidential vote in his district and won his House seat by only 2,000 votes out of 40,000 cast.

4. Bachmann won a very close race.

5. The tea prty in Indiana defested Sen Luger in the primary and the democrats won the election. Luger was a safe seat for reelection. The tea [arty won the battle but lost the war. Same with Akins in Missouri.

6. I said before and do believe that Sandy was Obama's October surprise. Interesting story of Obama calling Christie from his plane and after the chat he put a real bleeding liberal from New Jersey on thephone with Christie, It was the Boss...Springsteen.
While Chrisite has attended over 100 of Springsteen concerts. he has never talked to him. This was a big deal for Christie as he said he wept at home that night.

7. Since the last 4 years in congress has been to defeat Obama, hopefully, we can now get some serious compromise and accomplish something.
