I don't think there was an end date ever mentioned. Mr Helney has a pretty much captive audence, and I believe that PC Water Company is a privately held company. So, you have three choices. 1. Dig a well. If you choose that option your flow may or may not be acceptable, and you'd have to have a generator during the sometimes extended power outages we seem to have. 2. Pump lake water and haul your drinking water. 'Nuff said there. 3. Pay the piper and have a constant, safe source.

Now, it would seem to me that there should be a sliding scale whereby the monthly floor on bills is lowered based on years of service. Mr Henley will have to adress that.
