I like to think that we are all as quick with praise as we are with complaints.  That being said, I would like to recount a recent experience with PCW.  After replacing my residential water pressure regulator and curing my fluctuating water pressure (0-100 lbs per sq inch), I took a minute to disassemble the regulator.  I found it to be filled with red clay and can only assume it entered the system from the supply side.  I contacted Mr. Henley and requested a refund for my replacement regulator and received a check in about a week.  Nice to have a responsible business with which to work.
