If I ruled the world I would make it so that every politician running for or holding office would be considered 'under oath' every time they open their mouth in public speeches and in the respective chamber. After all, If we are called before them we are sworn and face penalties for perjury. It's about time they were held to the same standard when they are before their constituents!!
