Played yesterday with my wife and the course was in the worst shape I have ever seen it. They have apparently stopped all pesticides, herbicides and fertilizer. The fairways are mostly mowed weeds and the greens are even worse. Not one putt rolled true as the ball bounced over these lighter green patches. Had one approach shot to a green plug instead of bounce. We paid $104 for two rounds and a bucket of balls. Way more than the course is worth.

I've seen this before with courses struggling financially and it's a death spiral. Can't maintain the course but want to keep green fees up which makes it not worth playing. Not sure what the solution is for them. Everyone that works there is very nice and the layout is pretty good. Just don't seem to have the finances to pay for proper maintenance.
