483 is not a problem. The problem is maintaining a full or near full level through October.
I approached this topic with guns blazing. I cannot believe that folks would speak for me.
(i.e. It's a win, win for everybody as implied.)
How many fishermen were polled?
Hopefully it will end up with little change, but when a boat comes by me real close or cuts
between me and the bank I won't be Mr. Niceguy.
