We had a dock on Lake Hartwell not far from the Tabor Boat Ramp. We actually had someone cut our dock loose, list it on craigslist and sell it to an unsuspecting elderly couple. Thank goodness the lady who was buying the dock took some pics of the dock when she first went to look at it because after the thieves actually took the dock to them, they took our corp number off. But when they delivered it, they did not come back and do everything they promised, so she contacted the Oconee Co Sheriff's office. She has pictures of the guy but all the other leads to him are not panning out. So if you live anywhere near the Tabor Boat Ramp and saw someone towing a double decker boat dock around July 16, please contact the Oconee County Sheriff's Office. It's very sad that these people are out several thousand dollars and we will be out quite a bit ourselves because we are having to have it towed back to our property and attached to our ramp.
