Have heard reports that a local restraunteur who has had experience with lake side dining in Ga. Has made an effort to see if it would be possible to get a bar and grill permitted at PP.

Word is that he would only be interested if the current residents or at least the majority would be permitted to stay. They already know some sort of development authority like the one at Russell Crossroads could be established that could get federal funds and some state funds to finance upgrades to the septic systems and permitting the use of county equipment and personnel to do the work.
