I heard that they had a meeting and decided to collectively stick their heads in the sand.

The county health department has acquired a "POOP SNIFFING DOG". This dog can ride in a boat and alert his trainer of fecal matter in the water. Kind of like how a dope sniffing dog sniffs out dope. His name is Hector.

He has already sniffed poop at PP and in the head waters of sandy creek. Hector has also located septic seepage in Manoy Creek.

They plan to take him to all of the homes that do not have permitted septic systems. If he smells poop, they will use that to probable cause to enter and inspect the property.

Some people have spent in excess of $50,000 on pumping and field lines to avoid a visit from Hector.
