Happy to see the lake at almost full pool and right on the rule curve. Here's hoping FERC approves APCO's proposal to temporarily raise winter pool by three feet so we can determine whether in fact that will be an issue for downstream properties.  I am optimistic it will not be a problem but if it is then they can rule accordingly.

Now if we can only get the water to MartiniMan temps all will be joyful. I do not relish the idea of severe shrinkage from chilly water. That is best left to the young and hardy.....or foolhardy......
