Subject:   Boat trailer wheels lockup

If you have disc brakes, the solution might be quite simple. When you park the trailer you typically back it up and disconnect it from the car.  Make sure that the last motion you make when storing is forward so that the actuator isn't compressed.(for surge brakes)
