Our youth group from Woodland Baptist in Springfield, La were on our way back home from Jackson, Tn  where we had been to youth camp. We wanted a nice place to have a picnic with our group of 43. Someone suggested Sardis Lake. So glad they did. We were driving around trying to find a table and a nice guard an  older gentleman  stopped us. He was so nice and helpful. Sorry cant remember the name. A black gentelman. He was so kind to lead us to the perfect spot on top. A great view with a pavillion. We all enjoyed it. WE will be coming back to visit again. Thanks
