The architect's job is to make sure the job is done to spec...as per your rambling post, which means the architect (if he is worth his salt) approves the job before payment.  So you go further and say:

"The situation with Trump is a completely different animal.  His various development intities are simply refusing to pay even for architect and/or designer approved work because they know they can get away with it throught intimidation."

Please provide proof of your insinuations and be advised that msnbc, huffpo, and union thugs are not valid proof sources. BTW, ambulance chaser lawyer filings don't count, either.
