nope because Gore was unable to get a recount in just a handful of districts - it was to be an all are none recount where other republican votes were likely to be found in addition to the ones they could stuff in the ultra liberal locations.

Lets also not forget that in 2012 that 4700 lbr of mail which included absentee military ballots from oversees crashed and burned.
