Question:  When you move from one state to another and become a permanent resident in the new state, how do you DE-REGISTER your voter registration in the old state?  Is it the voter's obligation to DE-REGISTER?

Let's see, I've lived in 6 states over the years and never DE-REGISTERED.  Could I have voted for HILDA B----H all six times?
