At 12:45 this afternoon a brown mastiff (?) with red collar, no tags, was wandering the street in front of my house on Northridge Heights (336).  Very friendly.   When I called my dog, he came.  Tried to come in my house.   Someone lost their dog!   Northridge Heights is at the north end, west of and below the marina.
