I don't know anyone to help with that. I could and would but am a good 200 miles away right now.
We bought a JD rider from Home Depot and have regretted the "good deal" we got ever since.
Here is the problem: there is a design flaw that puts the deck and drive pulleys at severely offset positions. Just looking at it when it isn't running makes you wonder how it would ever stay on. The drive pulley attached to the motor is much higher than the deck pulleys, and that offset causes any perturbation to the normal flow of the belt to cause it to jump the pulley.
i hope you find someone to put it back on, and if you do, please remember to slowly engage and disengage the blades, and only do it with the engine at idle. I hold my breath every time I do.
I fear that John Deere has gone the way of many formerly quality brands that trade their good name for short term profits peddling products bearing the brand name but not living up to the quality expected from a product bearing that name.
