So I dropped the trailer off on Monday and got a call from Gary on Wednesday with an estimate.  I told him I would really appreciate getting it by the weekend and I even told him they could hold off on repairing the lights if that would help.  So I called them Friday afternoon on the way to the lake and sure enough, not only had they reparied the board but they had fixed the lights as well!  And the price to me seemed very fair.  Best of all they were able to reuse the existing carpet on the board which saved me some money.  All in all very pleased with the service, the price and the work.
