So Rich what you are saying is that Construction companies are not hiring someone who can barely pick a tomato or drive a nail into a deck?  They might be looking for someone with actual skills?  From the rants from the left you would think that all of these south of the border illegals are born with natual skills for major construction and not just some drywall.
