Why is Keystone near normal level and the corp. continue to keep Fort Gibson and Tenkiller lakes up? I mean they did drop Tenkiller within a week to almost normal level for a bass tournament. It rained and now again they are taking their time on getting it down again. I dont really see a reason for these lakes to continue to hold this water. Been waiting all summer for levels to be normal. Now we are going into Fall.
