One is creepy behavior toward children that are not his own and who on many occasions expressed extreme discomfort and the other is a biological father expressing normal affection toward his own daughter. 

Goofy, if you did what Biden has done on many occasions with one of my daughters I would beat the living crap out of you....and I am not joking.  If you think these are morally equivalent let me suggest you do this with some stranger's daughter and see what happens to you.
