You failed at mentally awake and I have my suspicions on the other requirements.

Found that one at CNN - been on someones radar for at least 5 years since Homeland Security searched his bags.  So since you have said you own a gun - should you be required to turn yours in because this guy needed to be instutionalised? I guess in your world the answer is yes.  Also do you have more then 1 fuel can in your garage for your boat, lawnmower etc?  If so you may want to have yourself evaluated since you have gas cans and at least 1 gun ( and I assume a few rounds of ammo)

The difference moron is intent - this guy had issues ( see restraining order, his search was enough to flag Homeland Security to docuement their findings - even if they did not bother to do anything with it ) Now since you own a gun, ammo and at least one gas can - do you intend to do harm  to someone/something or break the law?  Well, I am pretty sure you now check at least three little check boxes of items that this unstable person also had.  

So by your logic and your post, the world should deny you the right to free speech, own a gun, and vote because you can find one person somewhere who did something bad with any of your rights?  

By your very logic - since Trump said bad things about people you should be removed from the internet and your lips sewn shut and your hands removed so you can not type, since this idiot shot up a place he worked at you should be denied your right to defend yourself, and since Trump was elected at all(in your mind) you should lose your right to vote.
