Of course they would. What is funny is that with this new data demonstrating literally no correlation between CO2 emissions and global climates now they want to focus on the last 100 or 200 years. Let's look at the last 10,000 years where the climate has been warming. Back then Ohio was covered with a sheet of ice over a mile thick. The reality is that our climate is mostly controlled by the sun and we have been in a Maunder Minimum for the last 15 years so its no surprise there has been no warming. But what has been nice is the extra CO2 has resulting in tremendous growth of vegetation....ya know, because CO2 is plant food.
