Joe's trip to was two fold - it was a photo op for the campaign, and he wanted to tell Zelensky that he was giving him another $500M in miitary aid so he could have his butt properly kissed.  But answer me something - how is he giving Zelensky $500M - where does that money come from? I heard Janet Yellen saying that if they don't raise the debt ceiling, social security, VA and other payments will not be made and we will default on our debt - so why is he giving away money he doesn't have?  And what makes him think Congress is going to approve it?  You see, Joe doens't have any money, he only has what Congress approves.  And he just gave Turkey $100M for Earthquake relief and gave the states $132M for some kind of gun control nonsense.  

In the meantime, Russia has withdrawn from the START agreement that he signed with Obama.  His poll numbers remain low, because Americans don't think he is doing a great job, and China and the little Dictator are spouting war time Rhetoric.  What do you think it will do to his poll numbers if Russia and China and North Korea declare wer with us?
