Anybody know someone that wants to bid on building for us.  It will be  a 20x20 one room effiency Guest Cottage. It will be on a crawlspace and we are looking for a price to take it form the ground to dried in and we will do the finish work.  Have my own electrician and plumber, just need the foundation and framing.
